  • Yes! On checkout select “This is a gift” and we’ll send a gift card email or printed certificate. The recipient can then activate or hold the start date.

  • Orders placed before the 20th of the month will ship in that month. Orders after will ship the first week of the next month. You’ll receive tracking details via email.

  • Absolutely. Log into your account dashboard, select “Skip next delivery” or “Pause subscription” for up to 2 months. After that you can resume anytime.

  • We curate each month with intention. If you’re ever unhappy we’ll work with you, either exchange (within return window) or offer credit towards next month’s box. We want you delighted.

  • From your account dashboard select “Manage subscription” → “Cancel plan.” Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No penalties, no long-term lock-in.

  • Each month features a fragrance of the month. We rotate collections giving you new fragrance experiences each month.
