Shipping Policy
At True Vintage Candle, every candle is hand-poured and packaged with care. We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. The following Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your items. If you have any questions, please email us anytime at support@truevintagecandle.com.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted during high-volume periods or for pre-order items.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on packaging requirements.
- Custom, limited-edition, or large-quantity orders may require additional processing time; we will notify you if that occurs.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard domestic shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and depend on your shipping location and selected method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, or holidays may extend transit times. Typical delivery times:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days after processing
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select. Free or promotional shipping offers may be available during seasonal events or special campaigns, and any applicable discount will be shown at checkout.
Our current rates are:
Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days, Orders $75+ — Free, Orders $0–$74.99 — $10
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days, Orders $0–$74.99 — $15, (For certain lightweight items or special releases, Standard rates may vary and will be shown at checkout.)
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, Orders $75+ — $35, Orders $0–$74.99 — $25
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier. If you did not receive your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@truevintagecandle.com.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Missing apartment or suite numbers
- Address changes requested after shipment
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once the reshipping fee is paid.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived:
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look for delivery notices from the carrier
- Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan prematurely
If your package cannot be located, contact us at support@truevintagecandle.com and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier. While we will assist, True Vintage Candle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@truevintagecandle.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item at no cost to you.
International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available, but we plan to offer it soon. If you would like to place an international order, please email us and we will notify you when this option becomes available.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
For seasonal or limited collections:
- Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page
- Your payment method will be charged at checkout to reserve your item
- Orders containing pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated
We will notify you if fulfillment timelines change.
Shipping During Peak Seasons
During holidays, limited-edition drops, and major sales events, processing and transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
