Subscription Policy

At True Vintage Candle, we want your purchasing experience, whether you order once or subscribe for recurring deliveries, to be simple, flexible, and worry-free. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel one-time orders, pre-orders, and subscription orders before they are processed. One-Time Purchases

Because our candles are hand-poured and packed quickly, cancellations are only available before your order enters processing. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Please If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, it may still qualify for a return per our Return Policy. If you need to request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@truevintagecandle.com with your name and order number.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Pre-order items are reserved specially for you, and production begins shortly after purchase. Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate you if production has not yet begun. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any cancellation request must be emailed to support@truevintagecandle.com.

Subscriptions (Recurring 'Monthly Flame' Program)

We offer flexible cancellation options to ensure your subscription works for you.

  • Canceling Before the Next Billing Cycle: You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date. When you cancel, your subscription will stop with the next unbilled cycle. Any order that has already been billed or begun processing cannot be canceled. You will still receive and be charged for orders billed before your cancellation request.
  • Skipping a Shipment : Most subscriptions allow you to skip a month rather than cancel completely. You can do this through your account portal or by emailing us.
  • Modifying Delivery Frequency or Fragrance: You may update fragrances, quantities, or delivery timing anytime before your next billing date. For help, email us at support@truevintagecandle.com.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails the system will automatically retry the charge up to a limited number of times. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled. You will not receive your next shipment until the payment method is updated. You can update billing information through your account or by contacting us.

Promotional Subscriptions

Discounted or promotional subscription offers may include:

  • Minimum-order commitments
  • Special pricing rules
  • Limited cancellation windows

These details will always be listed on the promotion page or in the offer terms.
By accepting a promotional subscription, you agree to those specific conditions.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions may be prepaid for a set number of months. Prepaid gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the first shipment has processed. Shipments cannot be canceled after processing but may be skipped or rescheduled upon request.
