Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. True Vintage Candle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier. For additional details, please refer to our Shipping Policy (I can draft this next).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
