Return Policy

At True Vintage Candle, we create fragrances and vessels that celebrate the beauty of past eras and the warmth of modern craft. Every candle is hand-poured using our signature coconut beeswax blend, and we want every experience you have with us to feel intentional, thoughtful, and exceptional. If something isn’t perfect with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged order

If your order arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Please email a photo of the damaged item to support@truevintagecandle.com within 7 days of delivery. Once received, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund for the damaged item at no cost to you.

Change of mind returns

If your items are unused, unlit, and in their original packaging, we gladly accept returns.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition
  • Candle wicks must not have been lit
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of your ship date

Returns are sent at the customer’s expense. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the box. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the value of the returned items. Return Address:

Incorrect items

If the items you received do not match your order, please email us at support@truevintagecandle.com.
We’ll correct the issue quickly and make sure the right items are on the way.

Missing or lost orders

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or appears lost in transit, please reach out to support@truevintagecandle.com. We’ll work with the carrier on your behalf and resolve the issue promptly.

Fragrance not what you expected

We completely understand, selecting fragrances online can be difficult. If a scent isn’t quite right for you, email us at support@truevintagecandle.com and our team will help explore options such as exchanges, fragrance guidance, or sampling recommendations.

Quality concerns

Craftsmanship and fragrance integrity are at the heart of every True Vintage Candle. If your candle is not performing as expected, please contact us at support@truevintagecandle.com with a photo of the bottom label.
This helps us review the batch number and partner with our Quality team to understand what may have happened. We will provide a resolution within 24–48 hours.

Items Purchased Through Retailers

If you purchased True Vintage Candle from an independent retailer or marketplace, please contact that retailer directly for return assistance. If the item was a gift or a return with the retailer is not possible, reach out to us at support@truevintagecandle.com and we’ll help.

Promo code issues

Please note that only one discount may be applied per order. If a promo code did not apply and you believe it should have, contact us at support@truevintagecandle.com and we’ll review it with you.

Seasonal, limited edition & final sale items

Final Sale or discontinued items are not eligible for return or refund.
Holiday scents may be returned within 30 days of shipment or by January 15, whichever comes first.
