Your one-of-a-kind vessels should be enjoyed again and again. Our Wax Refill Program lets you relight your original True Vintage Candle with our signature coconut beeswax blend and the fragrance of your choice.

How It Works

How it works

Before sending your vessel, please fill out our request a wax refill form. This helps us track incoming items and ensure your vintage piece receives the care and attention it deserves. Refills are priced at$1.95 per ounce of wax used. You'll receive an invoice after your vessel is weighed and refilled.

WAX REFILL REQUEST

Step 01

Ship Your Vessel to Us

After submitting your form, carefully pack your cleaned vessel and ship it to the address provided in your confirmation email. We recommend using bubble wrap or soft cloth to protect your glassware.

Step 02

Choose Your Fragrance

Select from any of our 15 signature fragrances or seasonal favorites—we’ll confirm your scent choice once we receive your form.

Step 03

We Refill, You Re-Love

Once we receive your vessel, we’ll hand-pour a fresh wax fill using your selected fragrance and return it to you within 7–10 business days.

A few notes

We only refill True Vintage Candle vessels from our past collections and Statement Candle line. Vessels must be clean and empty before sending. If a vessel arrives broken or is deemed unsafe for refilling, we’ll contact you with options. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
